Monikh’s Little Treasures

MONIKH

EN

I discovered Monikh through Estée from Essie Button (love love love her). Monikh is a personnal shopper at Top Shop and has amazing style that she features in her fashion blog. Her blog is very nice but what I personally prefer is her instagram account where she shows little moments of her everyday life (and of course some outfits) but also wonderful quotes that all have the same typo and give so much harmony to her page. I wanted to share some of them that are particularly inspiring to me. I might print and frame them! Hope you like them. 🙂

I went to Copenhagen a few months ago for an amzing trip where I got to see some very good friends of mine.

It was my first time there and in Scandinavia in general. I absolutely LOVED it. I cannot stop talking about how everything is great over there since I came back.

A post about the trip (or maybe a whole series – let me know if you would be interested) should be up soon.

Anyway, while I was there I got the opportunity of going to this amazing store Søstrene Grene (I know. Don’t even try to pronounce it. Ha!). For those of you who might not know it you may know the store Tiger and it is basically the same idea. A bunch of very affordable cute little things for the house (some useful decoration and toys and some… very random but so gorgeous items).

So I went to their website yesterday to relive a little how nice everything was over there and I stumbled upon some videos! As you might have understood by now, I am a visual person, I love watching videos. And let me tell you, the videos are absolutely amazing, so entertaining, useful, easy to watch. They remind me a lot of the Leaf.tv website that I wrote about here.

And BEFORE you start wondering how you will be able to understand videos from a Danish company – remember they are smart. They know their language is tough and the international market is huge. You will understand everything there. #takforengelsk 🙂

Over there you will be able to find short videos about DIY projects and Food!

Introducing LEAF.tv

Dear all,

For those of you who are into creative content lifestyle related and who do not know leaf.tv yet, let me introduce you to your next favorite website and youtube channel. This websites is a bowl of inspiration for anything “living, eating, and fashion” related.

The creators are two trendy ladies, very influential on the web thanks to their blogs and websites.

Their content is amazing and unique, but to me the key element of differentiation is their short very well filmed and edited videos. These clips capture close shots, they last 1 to 3 minutes, and are followed by a soft and cool background music.

One thing is sure, you will watch one and will not resist watching other 2/3 of them.

For the sake of illustration I will share here one of my favorite clips for each section.

Eating:

(Personally I would skip the bacon here)

Fashion:

Keep up with the great job Leaf.tv!

Need something cool to watch?

Hey guys!

I did a post about my favorite youtubers some weeks ago (you can find it here). But the truth is that I am super, super, SUPER obsessed with all the channels I follow on youtube.

Since the time I published that article, I discovered other ones and wanted to include some youtubers that I had not mentioned on my last post.

Health – Soups!

Hey guys!

I hope you are all doing very fine.

I have been looking at some delicious looking recipes and ideas of snacks. The ones that made me want to try them the most were salads! However because it is still kind of cold, I decided to start sharing with you some soups (creamy ones are my fave)!
