Week Wrap Up

Hello everyone,

I thought I would share some more personal things on the blog and sharing with you the highlight of my week. I would love for you to share them as well in the comments this way we can all learn from eachother and discover new things all around the world.

As I’m appartment hunting in Paris, I have plenty of time to wander around the city and explore coffeshops, stores, exhibs, among many others.

1) A very exciting discovery was Artazart. If you are not familiar, Artazart is an amazing design bookstore. They have a huge selection of any type of design book you would be looking for, some are more graphic, some more intellectual. Some are amazing coffee table books, others are great tools to start creating (wether it is a company, a interior space, an art collection, a diy, you name it!)

And if these lines weren’t covincing enough I would suggest you to check out the tripadvisor reviews this store has. And trust me, these reviews are well deserved.

Here are some book that I stumbled upon and loved (some are only in French sorry):

• Psychologie pour les Créatifs / Survivre au Travail – Franz Berzbach 
• XXL ART – When Artists Think Big, Eléa Baucheron Diane Route
• Nautical Chic, Amber Jane Butchart
• Le Monde, Les files, La Vie – 50 Inforgraphies, Merci Alfred
• 30 Meubles de Designers à Fabriquer Soi-Même, Christopher Stuart

And THIS, how cool is it? First notebook made out of stone. What?!! ❤

2) Exhib : L’Amérique des Kennedy – “Kennedy’s America”

This was a lovely exhib, the gallery is absolutely gorgeous and I got to learn many new things especially about Robert Kennedy and the whole family.

3) White Nail Polish + White Loafers

I KNOW, I’ve been out of wordpress for too long now! I am so sorry but I really had a bunch of things to do for college lately and had absolutely no time no schedule posts for you guys.

I would like to thank all of you for the kind messages that I received, this really means a lot to me.

So this will be just a quick post to tell you – I’m back!

I will hopefully post my new article tomorrow or the day after. Hesitating between a fashion or DIY post! Any suggestion?

My (almost) April Wishlist!

For today’s post, I decided I would share with you some of my most wanted items at the moment.

I title this post my “almost” wishlist because I wish to buy more colorful stuff for this season. However, these pieces are really some samples that I am missing in my closet. I think this would possibily inspire you!

Kind of like the sparkly shoes but what I really love about these pairs is the size of the heel. Think it is so perfect, nice remaining comfy. 🙂

A single pearl necklaxe. I had one but lost it when I was travelling. I really think it is such a classic and elegant piece. You can’t go wrong with it!

This bag s from Parfois. What I really like about those bags is that you can put your compter there, your papers and files etc. Perfect for college/work and you always look trendy!

Finally, these gorgeous sandals… Not much to tell about them. I just think they are the prettiest.

Well, I NEEDED to post this. I may be super late on this trend, I don’t know. But this is such a surprise for me.

If like me you have already been to a beach with little rocks instead of sand (I spent all my summer in Nice– South of France, until last year), you may have already used these little sexy things.

Guys, as you know according to my schedule for P&F (here), you know that Tuesdays are for Lifestyle and Tips posts. Today I decided to post these gorgeous bedrooms that completely enchanted me and inspired me to do a little make over to my own one!

As you will be able to tell looking at the pictures that I selected, I really like girly, light and very simply decorated bedrooms.

I like girly bedrooms, but without too many pink. I like light colors but with some touches of bright colors. I like decoration but not too many/huge stuff, otherwise I get a bit tired of it.

I hope these pics will inspire you!

What is your favorite style while decorating your bedroom?

PS: I actually refer to some workspace elements, that’s because as a college student, I do study in my room! 😀
