Spotted Dogs

DALMATIANS.

Now, don’t call me creep. I’m no Cruella Devil. But for the good old dog lover that I am, this breed is just adorable.

They are such elegant creatures with a strong body and beautiful posture – so often used for fashion photography! – and yet they are all covered in spots which just adds this extra touch of fun that HAS to put a smile on your face.

In other words I love how classy these dogs look but yet not being taken too seriously. It is exactly the spirit of the blog and it is exactly what I enjoy the most about life and people in general.

So here goes a short mood board where I tried to select pictures all over the internet that illustrated my point.

Art Gallery: Hotel Room by Vanya Milicevic

You know sometimes, I hang out on Pinterest and stumble upon such nice boards, that I think they could be an art gallery.

The one I want to introduce you to today, was created by Vanya Milicevic (and you can explore her whole account – it is pretty perfect)

I found this board so interesting. She called it Hotel Room and gathered, well, hotel/bedroom pictures. What I thought was very interesting about the collection is that you could see the different atmospheres that one can feel while in a hotel room. I gathered my three favorite ones which are what I call, the Smart Moments (staying in your room to get ready for a meeting, read, study, work), the Cosy Moments (hanging out with your friends, enjoy a relaxing bath, laying down, wearing your most comfortable pj’s and jump onto a fresh made bed) and finally the more Sexy Moments (no explanation needed).

Bonjour à tous! J’espère que vous avez tous passé une excellente soirée d’Halloween et que vous êtes d’attaque pour le mois de Novembre! De mon côté je n’ai rien fais de spécial mais j’ai profité d’une bonne soirée au calme car j’en avais bien besoin. Si vous avez fêté Halloween cette année, dites moi quel à été votre déguisement, j’adorerai savoir!

Olá a todos! Espero que tenham passado uma excelente noite de Halloween e que estão todos preparados para o mês de Novembro! Pessoalmente não fiz grande coisa, fiquei por casa a descansar o que até foi melhor visto que tenho andado muito cansada. Se festejaram o dia das bruxas, digam-me como foram disfarçados – adoraria saber!

Coco, of course!

Hello everyone!

While scrolling down on Pinterest (as always) I found this poster of the movie Coco Avant Chanel. Waw, can’t believe I never told you about that movie. I really really liked it and watched it already too many times to count. The movie is so elegant and has the right amount of drama and fun.  And of course, it is super interesting because you get to know the life of Coco Chanel and the lifestyle in France at that time.
