Week Wrap Up

Hello everyone,

I thought I would share some more personal things on the blog and sharing with you the highlight of my week. I would love for you to share them as well in the comments this way we can all learn from eachother and discover new things all around the world.

As I’m appartment hunting in Paris, I have plenty of time to wander around the city and explore coffeshops, stores, exhibs, among many others.

1) A very exciting discovery was Artazart. If you are not familiar, Artazart is an amazing design bookstore. They have a huge selection of any type of design book you would be looking for, some are more graphic, some more intellectual. Some are amazing coffee table books, others are great tools to start creating (wether it is a company, a interior space, an art collection, a diy, you name it!)

And if these lines weren’t covincing enough I would suggest you to check out the tripadvisor reviews this store has. And trust me, these reviews are well deserved.

Here are some book that I stumbled upon and loved (some are only in French sorry):

And THIS, how cool is it? First notebook made out of stone. What?!! ❤

2) Exhib : L’Amérique des Kennedy – “Kennedy’s America”

This was a lovely exhib, the gallery is absolutely gorgeous and I got to learn many new things especially about Robert Kennedy and the whole family.

Discovery: John Woodbridge – Paris

Hello,

Today I wanted to share a small shop in Paris that I discovered last month. My cousin spotted it right away and as soon as I got in I was completely in love with the store.

It’s called John Woodbridge and sells amazing vintage looking travel and sport items.

This company which is quite recent (2013) aims to spread the love of vintage objects that are full of history.

Over there, you’ll find amazing leather pieces for travelling or old looking baseball balls among any others.

The whole atmosphere of the store is gorgeous, it has this kind of man cave vibes to it that I find super charming.

If you are ever in the lovely area of St Paul in Paris, I highly recommend you check it out.

Total Black Look

Mr. Total Black Look.

Indeed.

I’ve flown out from Paris to Porto for these holidays and could not pack many things in my luggage. Plus, as I am a complete disaster when it comes to packing (although reading tons of tips about that) now it appears that I am struggling a lot for putting together some cute outfits. Sigh.

And oh well, when nothing else works, go for a total black look.

What I particularly love about this outfit is the whole texture game. I love the chunky and oversized cardigan. Brings so much to the outfit.

Well here – do I need to a say a thing? YES. DA HAT. Love it.

This one, well. It could be me on a sassy-ish day 😉 Love the chunky scarf, the suit and the shoes – need to get my hands on good pair like this ASAP.

Happy November + Chatting Time

De mon côté je n’ai rien fais de spécial mais j’ai profité d’une bonne soirée au calme car j’en avais bien besoin. Olá a todos! Espero que tenham passado uma excelente noite de Halloween e que estão todos preparados para o mês de Novembro! Pessoalmente não fiz grande coisa, fiquei por casa a descansar o que até foi melhor visto que tenho andado muito cansada. Se festejaram o dia das bruxas, digam-me como foram disfarçados – adoraria saber!
