Art Gallery: Hotel Room by Vanya Milicevic

You know sometimes, I hang out on Pinterest and stumble upon such nice boards, that I think they could be an art gallery.

The one I want to introduce you to today, was created by Vanya Milicevic (and you can explore her whole account – it is pretty perfect)

I found this board so interesting. She called it Hotel Room and gathered, well, hotel/bedroom pictures. What I thought was very interesting about the collection is that you could see the different atmospheres that one can feel while in a hotel room. I gathered my three favorite ones which are what I call, the Smart Moments (staying in your room to get ready for a meeting, read, study, work), the Cosy Moments (hanging out with your friends, enjoy a relaxing bath, laying down, wearing your most comfortable pj’s and jump onto a fresh made bed) and finally the more Sexy Moments (no explanation needed).

Monikh’s Little Treasures

I discovered Monikh through Estée from Essie Button (love love love her). Monikh is a personnal shopper at Top Shop and has amazing style that she features in her fashion blog. Her blog is very nice but what I personally prefer is her instagram account where she shows little moments of her everyday life (and of course some outfits) but also wonderful quotes that all have the same typo and give so much harmony to her page. I wanted to share some of them that are particularly inspiring to me. I might print and frame them! Hope you like them. 🙂

J’ai découvert Monikh à traver le blog d’Estée, Essie Button (que j’a-dore!). Monikh est une personnal shopper pour Top Shop qui a un incroyable style qu’elle partage dans son blog mode. Ce dernier est vraiment sympa mais j’ai personnellement un petit penchant pour son compte instagram où on peut apercevoir des petits bouts de sa vie de tous les jours avec évidemment ses tenues mais aussi de fabuleuses citations à la typo constante qui donnent une forte harmonie à sa page. Je voulais partager avec vous mes citations préférées que je vais surement imprimer et encadrer dans ma chambre! J’espère que vous les aimerez autant que moi. 🙂

Descobri a Monikh através do blog da Estée – Essie Button (que adoro adoro!). Monikh é uma personnal shopper para a loja Top Shop com um estilo incrível que partilha no seu blog de moda. Gosto muito do blog mas tenho uma certa preferência pela sua pagina do instagram onde partilha o sei dia a dia o que inclui nomeadamente os seus outfits mas também muitas citações que ela partilha sempre com a mesma tipografia o que da muita harmonia a sua pagina. Decidi partilhar aquelas que mais me têm inspirado ultimamente e que estou muito seriamente a pensar imprimir e colocar em molduras para o meu quarto! Espero que gostem tanto como eu. 🙂

 

What does 200 stand for?

Ladies and Gentlemen,

This is officially the 200th post I am publishing on P&F! I can’t believe it – I did not notice I had written so much on the blog!

And this number means another special thing for me as I’ve reached 200 likes on Facebook the other day! It is not a lot but it is still another benchmark that I just passed and I am so happy to see P&F developping and getting more and more readers each day.

I sincerely hope everyone is still enjoying very much my content and once again do not hesitate in giving suggestions about what you would like to see next.

Mesdames, Messieurs,

Ceci est officiellement mon 200ème article publié sur P&F! Je n’arrive pas à le croire – je ne me suis absolument pas rendue compte que j’avais tant écrit sur le blog!

Mais ce chiffre représente quelque chose d’autre de très spécial à mes yeux, le fait d’avoir passé la barre des 200 “j’aime” sur Facebook! Cela peut paraître peu, mais c’est tout de même une étape de franchie et je suis vraiment très heureuse de voir que P&F se développe et que le blog connaît tous les jours de nouveaux lecteurs.

J’espère sincèrement que le contenu continue de vous plaire (en particulier j’espère que vous appréciez cette petite nouveauté: les articles en 3 langues!) mais n’hésitez pas à me donner des suggestions sur le type d’article que vous aimeriez me voir publier davantage.

Senhores e Senhoras,

Este é oficialmente o meu 200° artigo publicado no P&F! Não consigo acreditar – não me apercebi minimamente que já tinha escrito tantos artigos para o blog!

Mas este número representa algo mais para mim, o facto de ter passado o limite dos 200 “gostos” no Facebook! Pode parecer pouco, mas sempre é um etapa passada e fico mesmo feliz por ver que o P&F continua a desenvolver-se e que todos os dias se juntam mais leitores para seguir o blog.

Espero sinceramente que o conteúdo continue de agradar a todos e mais uma vez, não hesitem em deixar sugestões relativamente ao tipo de artigos que gostariam de ver mais.

Vogue Fashion Night Out Paris 2014

Last Tuesday, I went to the Vogue Fashion Night Out  in Paris (#VFNO) for the very first time. I was there with a friend of mine and we had a blast!

Basicaly a few buzzing streets full of designers shops and studios closed their doors to the big public and became “invitation only” spots. The streets were very busy an full of people with great sense of style – of course the more excentric ones were there as well… but I do like them!

In order to show their new collection each brand had his own activities and surprises to entertain their customers: drinks, food (and you know how creative they can get with their mini bagels and all that jazz.. oh my!), photobooths, nailart, RODEO, you name it!

Overall we had an amazing time and it was wonderful to be able to network and meet new people.

We went to many stores but I must say I particularly loved our time spent at Ralph Lauren. Their collection is just TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. I wanted to buy every single item there, whether they were for women, men, and children. And I just loved the whole exeprience, the staff was wonderful, all their drinks were delicious and that jazzy background… Oh yes please.

During that night, I also had the opportunity of meeting the wonderful Ines from frenchfashiontouch.com and I highly recommend you check out her blog and instagram!
