Long time no see! Today I am sharing with you some of my favorite activites that are the best for these warm days. Spring is one of my favorite seasons because warm days arrive after the cold winter, you can wear your light clothes again, play with light jackets and layers, flowers are blooming, people are happy.. AND it is not too hot – which is something that I HATE.
This is going to be a little series about all the activities I like to do during Spring!

You can’t forget to bring some things to play and have fun. This game can turn out crazy. I am that kind of girl who freaks out when she plays UNO. Sorry.
Well and a good board game is always nice! My favorite one must be Pictionary! So fun!
And well, to keep the atmosphere cool and relaxed, I would always bring my tiny speakers. I actually use these ones by Nokia. They are amazing. Well, but because we are educated, we will make sure the music is not too loud. *prep*
Today I’m writing a new kind of post where I will have the opportunity of interacting more with my readers and other bloggers, which is essentially what I like to do.
As I already told a million times, I live in Europe however I got the opportunity of going to the USA in the past and miss some things I would buy there so much!
After doing everything I could to find candy canes and some cool candles for the winter season, I have another objective now!
I would like to buy some cool beauty items! Some products are just impossible to find in Europe but thanks to this website, I can now purchase some of them. Well the problem is.. I cannot try any of the products before buying so this is where I will need your participation! Excited to help?!
I will make kind of a small serie for this: one day I will be asking your advice for a perfume, then for a hand sanitizer and so on.

How old are you (if appropriate)? Younger than my brother in law and older than my niece…..
What do you do (study, work)? In the past I’ve owned a Pilates studio, sold Insurance, worked in the automotive industry, worked in Real Estate Development, worked in retail. So you can say I kind of do a little bit of everything but deep down in my heart I’ll always be a dancer.
Where do you live? Vancouver, Canada (for now)

If you had to live somewhere else where would it be? My dream is to live in NYC with a pied-a-terre in Paris.
Do you have pets? Yes, a cairn terrier named Pixie who’s definitely the boss.

Why did you start blogging? I have a degree in screenwriting and I missed writing. I grew up with a strong foothold in the arts and I wanted to reconnect with my first love.
Why did you choose that topic you write about? I’ve travelled to many countries and have seen many beautiful things and I want to rediscover them as well as share them with the world.
For how long have you been blogging? Only about 5 months now.
Are you present in another form in the web (another website, youtube?) I have a twitter account (@YellowBirddream), Pinterest , Instagram (caroline1t) but I’m thinking that I might start doing video’s shortly. I find them fascinating.
What are your next projects? Those are still being formed but I’m planning a move that might involve me going to Europe for a few years.
What do you like the most about preppy and funny? It’s among the first group of blogs I started to follow and I just love your vision and sense of humour.

Why did you start blogging? I discovered the world of youtube beauty gurus last summer and was like wooahhh I want to do that! But, I really wasn’t into the whole camera thing, so I decided to make a blog. One of the best decisions ever.
Why did you choose that topic you write about? Originally I wanted to be a makeup blogger, but after realizing that I’m not very good at makeup, so I changed into more of a fashion blog. But, I write my blog on what pops into my head, so it’s kind of whatever I want: music, Dance Moms, lipstick, nail polish. I’m open to all ideas though!
For how long have you been blogging? In all I’ve been blogging for 3 years on and off. But on Arabella, 4 months. It’s a baby blog!

What are your next projects? I don’t know! But I want to do a Valentine’s Day Lookbook, and a Late Winter Lookbook! Other than that, I will continue to do my weekly Live Blogging for Dance Moms.
What do you like the most about preppy and funny? The Musings. They are literally genius, and really combine all worlds of blogdom. If you haven’t seen them, then girlfriend get a move on!
